In 2025, it is observed with the theme “Aryabhatta to Gaganyaan: Ancient Wisdom to Infinite Possibilities,” reflecting India’s journey from ancient astronomy to modern missions like Gaganyaan. Across the country, ISRO, schools, and scientific institutions organize exhibitions, lectures, and interactive programs to ignite curiosity in students and celebrate India’s growing stature as a global space power.
