Every December 10th, Human Rights Day is celebrated all over the world. This day began on 10 December, 1948, when the United Nations adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. This day is celebrated around the world every year for the purpose of empowering everyone. Today is a day when people stand up for human rights across the world.
Human rights are essential to ensure that everyone has the elementary dignity they need to live. Human rights give people the confidence that it is their choice about what they want out of life and how they want it to be. All of these rights are presented in Part III of the Indian Constitution on behalf of fundamental rights, and those who violate these rights will be punished in court.
Human rights are the rights of every person. In this country, no one should be discriminated on the basis of race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, nationality or social origin, property status, birth, etc. Thus, human rights were created.
