History of the Armed Forces Flag Day

Indian Armed Forces Flag Day 7th December

Since 1949, December 7 has been designated as the National Armed Forces Flag Raising Day to commemorate the martyrs who fought the enemy bravely on the border, defended the country’s honor and gave their lives and martyrs in military uniforms. Everything is sacrificed. On this day, the proceeds from the purchase of the national flag will be used to provide welfare to the families of the martyrs. The donations raised by the Armed Forces Flag Day are mainly used to provide welfare for veterans, military widows, veterans, war disabled soldiers and their families.
